How do I cancel my service?

Please log into the client area to submit a cancellation form if you wish to stop this service.

visit the Customer Portal
Go to My Products
Click on "View Details" next to the service you wish to cancel
Click on "Management Action" tab and from drop down select "Request Cancellation"

Cancellations can take up to 7 days and in some cases can take up to 2-3 weeks.

*If you have an active Paypal subscription, please cancel that through Paypal's system to avoid future automatic payments sent to us.
